Fast, honest and price fair for a weekend call and urgent service

Water heater out over the weekend! From a friends recommendation I called this Co. and immediately received a time frame of when he would come be by to check out the situation. I was given recommendations of different tanks available “now” or order, what we do chose? Cedric carefully noted what construction would be done and estimated price. We decided on the tank and his assistant picked it up while he started on draining our old heater. Our experience was fast, honest and price fair for a weekend call and urgent service. I hope to not have other plumbing issues in the future however we would definitely call After Hours Plumbing again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

The best thing about After Hour Plumbing & Drain is how short the wait time was between my initial call and Cedric showing up at my door. And I called him on a Saturday, no less. This was for an emergency plumbing issue, and it was on a Saturday afternoon. I called After Hours Plumbing & Drain around 1:30PM, and at 3PM Cedric was at work. He fixed the plumbing and got everything back to working order, all while being friendly and professional. He charged me exactly what he quoted and not a penny more. I'm very happy with the service, and won't hesitate to call again for anything plumbing-related in the future.

He went above and beyond

I don't do too many reviews but a have to give one to After Hours Plumbing. We had an early morning plumbing issue on Memorial Day. Our shower/tub was clogged and full of muck and our washer drain overflowed. On top of that we were having a bbq so the timing was terrible. I called 3 different local plumbers, Cedric of After Hour Plumbing answered. This was 7:00am on a holiday.  Cedric said he would be at our house in 30 minutes, and he was. He gave us a very reasonable quote considering it was a holiday and an emergency call. He ended up having to go on the roof and snake out two vents. Prior to that he explained the price adjustment for having to go on the roof, which I thought was fair. The washer drain had also overflowed with black mucky water and made a mess in the garage. Once Cedric was finished snaking the drains he went in the garage and cleaned up all the nasty backflow and left the garage in great shape. Cedric was prompt, clean, polite, and very professional. He went above and beyond and at the end didn't try to charge me with anything extra or any clean up. He stuck to the estimate which again I felt was beyond reasonable. I highly recommend  Cedric and After Hour Plumbing. I hope this review encourages you to call them. Thank you!

I could not be happier with this company!

I had a ceiling leak on a Friday night.  I called several plumbers, with no call-backs.  I called After Hour Plumbing on a Saturday morning, and received a call-back within ten minutes.  Cedric arrived within a few hours.  He not only located, and fixed the pipe leak, but also repaired several other major plumbing issues. Everything was handled efficiently, and professionally. After Hour Plumbing is now my go-to when it comes to anything involving plumbing!!  I could not be happier with this company! Nine pm, on a Sunday and the guest cottage toilet is clogged...who do you call when you've tried to unclog it and now really awful "stuff" is pouring out of your drain...   I called Cedric.  He was here within the hour, friendly and ready to work.  (even my ferocious dog was ok with him)  He fixed the immediate problem (guests can use the bathroom again!) and wrote up an estimate for longer term issues.  Extremely professional.  I will absolutely call him back to do the other necessary fixes.

This man is professional, courteous, and polite

It's true, Cedric is the number one plumber in Monterey County!  I had water coming down through the ceiling in my kitchen.  After calling my insurance, I called Cedric.  He followed the water back to a water hose in the upstairs bathroom and replaced it.  This was a lot of work to follow that water.  He had to move a lot to get there.  Plus, I had a second problem.  I asked Cedric to fix another leaking water hose, in our third bathroom.  Immediately, Cedric turned off the water main, replaced the hose and knob, turned the water back on, no problem.  This man is professional, courteous, and polite.  His bill was more than reasonable.  Cedric is the best!  But don't take my word for it, read the other reviews.

Very friendly, honest and clearly explained what was going on

We had them referred to us by a friend and we were very glad we chose them. We found out our drain under our house was 95% clogged and water was just draining under the house. Cedric came out and replace piping under the house laid down lime to clean up what was under the house and snaked under the kitchen sink 6 times before it was completely cleaned out. Cedric felt very friendly, honest and clearly explained what was going on. It was a great experience and he will be coming back to do more minor work for us.

Great work, quick service, and they were friendly

I came home after work to a flooded garaged and backyard. My water heater had broke sometime during the day and was gushing, yes gushing water out of the bottom.
